1. Who you are contracting with
JELETO City ("the Service") is operated by JELETO ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you enter into an agreement with JELETO. You can reach us at support@jeleto.lovable.app.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use JELETO City you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. You confirm you are of legal age in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and that if you sign up on behalf of an organisation you have authority to bind it.
3. What the Service is
JELETO City is an online entertainment game in which you build and manage fictional businesses on a 3D city grid. All money, revenue, buildings, audits and advisors in the game are simulated. Nothing in the game is a real investment, and no in-game value can be exchanged for real currency.
4. Your account
- Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password and login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including malware, probing, automated scraping, exploiting bugs, or manipulating game saves and leaderboards.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service.
- Reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits or paywalls.
6. Licence and intellectual property
JELETO retains all ownership of the Service, including its software, artwork, game design, text and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal entertainment within the plan you have selected. Content you submit (such as a profile photo or business name) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely to operate the Service.
7. Payments, subscriptions and taxes
JELETO City offers a free 48-hour trial followed by an optional JELETO Mayor subscription at $4.99 per month, billed monthly until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, applicable taxes, renewals, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
8. Service availability
We work to keep JELETO City online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features, game balance, and content may change, and maintenance or outages may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, your game data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify JELETO against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.
11. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be heard by its competent courts. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If we change these Terms we will update this page and the date above.
