How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show it.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and your JELETO Mayor access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
